This Monday, August 12, we held our meeting of the Board of Directors of the Coalition for Sustainable Production. The Board of Directors of our platform is currently made up of representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Wildlife Service, civil society organizations and representatives of the private sector. This committee meets twice a year and discusses issues of great importance for the operation of the platform.
Among the topics discussed were the upcoming update of the Board of Directors; adjustments to the Rules of Procedure on the dynamics of the Coalition's inter-institutional relations; expansion of the Coalition's Support Committee to support technical and financial aspects of the platform; and the convening of the Plenary Forum.
